All purchases will have a 15-day return period return from the date of receipt for a full or partial refund. Only merchandise purchased through our website is eligible for return. After 15 days the decision to return a product will be on a case-by-case situation. Products used by customer will not be considered for return. If the item is accepted for return after the 15-day period, a partial store credit will be issued to you . Store credit will never expire. TTTronics.com will not accept or consider items damaged by customers for return. Returns due to change of mind, auto ship purchases and mistaken purchases are charged a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the final credit.
In the event, that you receive an item that has missing components that are listed as included in the sale. We will ship the replacement part if available, or issue you a partial refund or you may return the item for a full refund.
No item will be considered for return after 20 days from the date in which the customer took possession of the item or delivery/shipping was completed. There will be no additional warranty offered by TTTronics.com, unless expressed or a protection plan was purchased by the customer. Open Box items sold on TTTronics.com are sold (as is) and TTTronics.com, LLC. Unless the original warranty offered by the manufacture still exist. TTTronics.com Responsible for Return Shipping Cost
TTTronics.com will cover return shipping cost for damage items, missing parts (undisclosed), non-working item, and wrong item shipments due to warehouse error. Items deemed non-working will be re-checked for damage and functionality. If the item was deemed non-working by the customer: but the item does work upon re-inspection, the customer will be charged an additional 10% inspection fee plus return shipping cost.

Carrier Responsible for Return Shipping Cost
If an item is damaged or missing during shipping to the customer, the carrier is responsible for return shipping and the cost of the item. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier to recovery payment. This process can take 30 - 90 days for the carrier to address and reimburse a claim. TTTronics.com will not provide a replacement item or refund until the claim has been resolved with the carrier. Photos are required as they are used to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Starting the Refund Process
To begin the refund process, complete the customer support form and request a return authorization . Include your order or invoice number in the subject of the email as following: Return invoice# 33333 or Order# 909. In the body of the email, include your request for a refund.
Return request are answered within 48 hours. Upon your return request being approved, you may ship back the item. TTTronics.com will provide a prepaid return shipping label for return request due to a warehouse error. The item can be shipped back or scheduled for local pick up. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a refund will be processed back to the customer in the manner for which the transaction was processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank account.

Local Pick-Up Returns
- Pick up returns are charged to the customer at the same rate of the initial delivery charge. This amount will be deducted from the finally refund amount.
