At TTTronics.com, we aim to provide clear guidelines for hassle-free returns while ensuring a fair and transparent process for our customers.
General Return Information:
- Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return items purchased through our website for a full or partial refund. After this period, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding products that have been used.
- Post-15 Day Returns: If a return is accepted after the 15-day period, a partial store credit will be issued. This store credit has no expiration date.
- Excluded Returns: We do not accept items damaged by customers for return. Additionally, returns due to change of mind and auto ship purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the final credit.
Missing Components or Defective Items:
- In the case of missing components listed in the sale, we will provide replacements if available. If not, a partial refund will be issued upon return of the item.
- Any return requests beyond 20 days from the date the customer received the item or completed delivery/shipping will not be accepted.
Special Cases:
- Open Box & Used Items: These items are sold with a 90 Replacement Warranty, serviced by TTTronics.com.
- Warranty: No additional warranty is offered unless explicitly expressed or a protection plan was purchased.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:
- TTTronics.com Responsibility: We cover return shipping costs for damaged items, undisclosed missing parts, non-working items, and wrong shipments due to warehouse error.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change orders, change of mind, or customer-damaged items.
Affirm Purchases: Items purchased using Affirm will have a 120 day replacement warranty coverage included with purchase. No cash refund, replacement only. Exclusively for Affirm Purchases.
Carrier Responsibility for Shipping Damage:
- If an item is damaged or missing during shipping, the carrier is responsible for return shipping and the cost of the item. We carry shipping insurance and will file a claim with the carrier. This process can take 30 - 60 days. If the claim exceeds 30 days, TTTronics.com will provide a replacement item until the claim is complete.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, complete the customer support form with a return authorization request and order/invoice number.
- Return requests are usually addressed within 48 hours. For approved returns due to warehouse error, a prepaid return label will be provided.
- Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund will be processed through the original payment method, typically reflecting in your account within 3-5 business days.

Local Pick-Up Returns:
- Local pick-up returns are charged to the customer at the initial delivery rate, deducted from the final refund amount, unless the return is due to a warehouse error, in which case TTTronics.com covers the cost.
Damage During Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier if an item is damaged en route to our return warehouse.

WARRANTY POLICY
THE WARRANTY: No Cash Value. This product is backed by our 90 Day Replacement Warranty Day as specified below. This limited warranty covers the functionality of products.
Warranty Limitation: Product warranty will benull and void if: The product is physically damaged (outside of the described imperfection/defects) after curbsidepickup, delivery, or shipping has been successfully fulfilled. The product is physically altered, modified, and/ordisassembled. Warranty does not cover: damage caused by a natural disaster or any other catastrophic event,normal wear and tear, dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse, any condition resulting from improper care ormaintenance, damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, damage incurred during transportation whilein care of purchaser – also includes any third party.
Warranty Coverage: 90 Days
90 Day Warranty: This warranty option becomes effective on the date of purchase and expires 90 days from the invoice/receipt date.
EXERCISING WARRANTY:
To exercise this warranty, please complete the online warrantyform on TTTronics.com. The customer will be notified within 48 hours of the approval status. If the warranty claim isdenied the item can not be exchanged. Upon receiving approval, the item can be returned to our warehouse at 2100S. Great Southwest Pkwy, Suite 407, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. Only items with an approval status can be returned to the TTTronics.com warehouse for exchange.
For Shipping Orders:
Once approved, TTTronics.com will furnish afree return shipping label for the returning product and cover shipping costs for the replacement item. Please returnonly the main unit as accessories will not be provided as replacements. Once the item has been received by ourwarehouse allow 5-7 business days for an inspection and the preparation of a replacement item. Once the warranty processing is completed tracking information will be provided and the item will be shipped to the customer.
For Local Orders: Approval for warranty returns must be obtained before returning an item for exchange. Upon approval,please allow 5-7 business days for the warranty process to be completed. Customers will receive a notification whenthe replacement item is ready for pickup. Upon drop off, please allow 1 hour for the inspection of the returned item. Please return only the main unit as accessories will not be provided as replacements.
TTTronics.com services and fulfills this warranty by providing a replacement unit. In the event that a replacement unit is unavailable, an alternative product may be selected. Customers also have the option to upgrade the product and pay the price difference.
